Terms of Service.

Work is scoped and agreed per project before anything is built. Pricing, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (email or chat) before the engagement starts.

Once a project is paid in full, the system and its code belong to the client. Documentation is handed over so the system isn’t locked to us.

Systems in production are monitored under the terms agreed for that project. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

Systems are built and tested carefully, but no automation is guaranteed error-free. Confidence thresholds and human-review fallbacks are part of the design specifically to limit that risk.
